Pursuant to Section 13.1106 of the Howard County Code, the Council is required to advertise the Urban Renewal Project public hearing 15 days prior to the hearing. As CR161 and CR162-2024 were introduced on November 4th, which did not provide sufficient time between introduction and this hearing to comply with this Section of the Code. Therefore, CR161 and CR162-2024 will not be heard this evening.

There will be a public hearing January 21, 2025 at 7 pm held in the Banneker Room which will include receiving public testimony for CR161 and CR162-2024 the Long Reach Village Center Urban Renewal Project.
